The task is to develop an application – a contact center for the Ukrainian city of Dnipro.
Through this application, users can send complaints about the condition of roads, the work of public utilities and monitor the status of processing their requests.
“City Contact Center” was created on the initiative of the mayor to establish a constructive dialogue between the inhabitants and the city executive authorities.
The application gives residents the opportunity to:
to receive information on the activities of the authorities;
to control the timeliness and quality of work performed in emergencies;
report emerged emergencies;
evaluate the work of public utilities;
confirm or disprove work on emergencies.
The “City Contact Center” application is a tool for active, indifferent citizens, those who love their city and wish to participate in its development.
